Databases

The DNArails Genomics Analysis Platform collects over 50 databases that are commonly used for annotation in worldwide and increasing the new databases irregularly. The databases included on the platform will update every month. You can integrate and receive the latest information more quickly and easily.

The platform provides two versions (GRCh37 / hg19 and GRCh38 / hg38) of databases for investigators to annotate genetic variation data. DNArails assists to convert genome coordinates from one genome version to another if the source of database only provides one genome version.

After signing in the platform, you can see the details about the total numbers and version of the latest databases used by the current platform on the DATABASE REFERENCES page.
